I consider myself a servant leader, working closely with every agent, manager and employee in this company to help them best serve their clients, our Home Buyers and Sellers.

Hi, I'm Lisa Geddie and I'm a very proud 2nd generation REALTOR. My father was a REALTOR here in Fayetteville. I watched him enjoy his day to day activities which equaled work and I wanted to feel what he felt when representing a buyer or seller. Because it is the most important investment of their life. The satisfaction of knowing you guided the client through the transaction and at the end of the experience everyone was happy. His honesty and integrity are my inspiration to this day.

My father was first in the military so I was born in Alaska and we moved around while I was young. We settled here in Fayetteville when I was 10 years old and I've lived here ever since. I owned and operated a hair salon for many years before achieving my real dream of following my dad into the business and began with Coldwell Banker Advantage in 2006. I loved it! In 2010, I  was thrilled to be asked to serve as the Broker in  Charge of the company's new office location at Festival Park in Fayetteville. In September of 2012, I  was honored to be named Director of Operations, overseeing all of Coldwell Banker Advantage's local offices. In  addition, I serve as the liaison between our 26  offices in   the Wilmington(Sea Coast) and Triangle regions.

I receive the most joy helping both experienced and newer associates reach and exceed their goals. Whether that's working with them one-on-one or helping them identify programs or systems to help them grow their business. I just have a real passion for helping others and seeking out opportunities to do so. I see it as my job to make life easier for those around me so that we can all be of better service to our clients.

This example has been established for me by our ownership partners, Ralph Huff and Suzanne Pennink. As well as our franchise leadership at Coldwell Banker and Realogy. In 2016 I participated and completed the inaugural class of Ascend: The Executive Leadership Experience through Realogy. It was a rigorous 46-week program where I collaborated with my peers and absorbed the insights of  top- level  real estate industry experts in order to continue improving my leadership skills to better serve my company and our clients.
